The Department for International Trade ("DIT") has a requirement for the provision of "Monitoring and Evaluation Services for the Department for International Trade's European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) Internationalisation Fund Projects - supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)"1. The Secretary of State for DIT is the contracting authority.

The full specification is provided with the tender and contract documents located in DIT's e-sourcing portal, Jaggaer.

The contract shall be for a period of 36 months, with the contractual option to extend by a further 12 months. The requirement has an estimated total value of £526,000.00 excluding VAT for the Core Services, plus an additional £120,000.00 excluding VAT for the Additional Optional Services. Total value could equate to £646,000.00 excluding VAT. This value includes any available contract option(s). Bidders will be expected to demonstrate their tenders will continue to deliver value for money throughout the period of the contract.

DIT has conducted a Cyber Risk Assessment to identify the level of cyber risk to this requirement. It has been identified that Cyber Essentials or equivalent is required, of which Security assurance questions are included in the qualification envelope of the e-sourcing portal, Jaggaer.
