Description
NCC require two options for providing both 3 and 4 bed town houses on a future brownfield housing site in Blyth called Windmill Grove. This would include site layouts and feasibility drawings for both options up to concept design/Riba stage2. \\r\r
The site currently contains a number of old maisonettes which NCC will ultimately be looking to demolish, leaving brownfield land ready to build on.
