EDDC will be shut from 17.00 on 21/12/2017 to 09.00 on 02/01/18. Accordingly, no tender
clarifications questions will be responded to during this closure period. This period of closure has been allowed for in the timetable for this procurement and the tender submission deadline timetabled to ensure there is sufficient time for EDDC to respond after the closure period to any clarification questions received during the closure period and provide sufficient time for bidders to finalise and submit their tenders. The closure period (totalling 11 days, including weekends) has not been counted when determining that the number of days between the publication of the OJEU notice and the tender submission deadline.
