Description
Upon assessment of works completed to date by Mace on behalf of Homes England, Gradon would: 1. Review of information and design prepared by others 2. Preparation of a Masterplan Document to RIBA Stage 3, utilising and adapting previous designs, through text and varying 2D and 3D colour illustrations, in which Strategic Highways, Planning and Green Landscaping Infrastructure Strategies and Approaches are recorded. 3. The Masterplan Document will also outline a Design Code and Guidance to key areas for Place Making and Strategic Character Areas. 4. The Masterplan Document will include an assessment of the proposals and approach in accordance with Best Practice Building for Life, Sustainability and One Planet Living principles. 5. Completion of warranted site surveys 6. Undertake public consultation on the outline planning application and masterplan 7. Preparation and submission of the outline planning application on behalf of Middlesbrough Council
