Description

Norwich City Council manages the maintenance and repair of council buildings and in order to maintain the buildings in good condition it is necessary to undertake repairs and maintenance as appropriate. The council is conducting an open tender for a single contractor to provide proposed structural remedial works to address potential health and safety issues due to the condition of the reinforcement within the structural elements of the communal areas (landings and staircases) across 5 blocks at Woburn Street, Walpole Street, Bussey Road, Pockthorpe Gate and Berners Street, Norwich, Norfolk.
