Description

West Lancashire Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to provide installation, removal and storage of Christmas lights for locations across West Lancashire.

The requirement is for a maximum period of three Christmas - New Year periods.

Note the maximum affordability envelope for this opportunity is:

Year one (December 2019 - January 2020) £ 16,150
Year two (December 2020 - January 2021) £ 16,150
Year three (December 2021 - January 2022) £ 16,150

Total (three years) £ 48,450

The evaluation criteria is 100% price and pass/fail quality.
