Description
The project consists of 115 New Build Residential units over 8 floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 82 weeks, and anticipated start date is September 2020 with anticipated completion in February 2022. Claritas Group is the Construction Manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of Mechanical, Heating and Plumbing contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation and Plumbing works on the project.
