Description

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 72 Benson Crescent, Lincoln. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

Internal refurbishment works within the existing property completely strip out all existing services and walls to enable re-configuration of the layout, including:

o Full Central Heating system installation
o New kitchen installation
o New Bathroom/Wetroom installation - 2nr
o Full re-wire
o Full decoration and new floor finishes as specified.
o Provision of replacement tiled roof covering to conservatory
- Externally
o Provision of level access
o Landscaping & paving works

Site Visits
All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Tuesday 14th November 2023 between 11am and 2pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection.
