Description

The Council is seeking proposals from a supplier, or consortium of suppliers, to provide impartial information and problem-solving advice services on debt, welfare benefit, and employment and housing related matters to the residents of Cheshire East. The services are to be universally available to residents - access to services is not restricted by client group or eligibility criteria and they are to be free at the point of access.

The supplier will provide a Universal Information and Advice service to all residents of Cheshire East.Information and advice should be accessible through a variety of channels including face to face, telephone and online. The service should concentrate its face to face provision in the two principal towns of Crewe andMacclesfield, with outreach delivery provided in the nine key service centres listed below.

Principal Towns: Crewe, Macclesfield

Key Service Centres: Alsager, Congleton, Handforth, Knutsford, Middlewich, Nantwich, Poynton, Sandbach, Wilmslow
