Description
North Lincolnshire Council has a vehicle fleet of approximately 380 vehicles to support us to deliver our statutory and non-statutory functions. Currently most of this fleet is powered by diesel but we know we need to move towards equipment that has lower environmental impacts. This Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) seeks to understand what might be possible over the next few years and help set timetables for the Authority to adopt vehicles/equipment with lower environmental impacts: • Minibuses • Refuse collection vehicles • Goods carrying vehicles • Street cleanings vehicles • Winter service vehicles • Registered ride on mowing machines
