Description

The Council Tax team has recently been restructured and now requires a comprehensive review of the practices and processes that are in place with a view to improving the current collection rates of approximately 94% recovery. The review will need to look at work processes, methods of data analysis used, how debt is segmented and the automated processes that are in place.
