Service under social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 under Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services (Health, Social and Other Related Services), and is subsequently exempt from the rules on the procedures for procurement by contracting authorities with respect to public contracts and design contests.The contract is for the provision of specialist domestic abuse provision within Sunderland including Crisis Refuge Accommodation and specialist domestic abuse outreach support including IDVA provision in order to increase the safety and protection of Individuals and support them to live independently.
