Description

This contract is for Devon County Council for the provision of events management services as required by the council for the duration of the contract. Manage and deliver event operations and logistics from the start to finish, including on-site operational management at the venue before, during and after the event. This operational management to include but not limited to:

o Content development timetable
o Pre-event production
o Programme and content management
o Booking speakers, exhibitors, vendors
o Event Project management schedule
o Design and printing of event graphics, venue signage and branding to the Councils policy / Scomis Group guidelines as applicable.
o On-site management and delivery throughout, set-up, during and de-rig
o General venue production
o Production of all rooms and all areas
o Speaker logistics management
o Exhibitor and vendor management
o Sponsor and Partner Management
o Delegate and crowd flow management
o All logistics
o Floor plans and crowd management plans
o Operational briefing documents
o Management and transportation of all equipment
o Management of ICT requirements i.e. Wi-Fi
o Post event evaluation
