Description
Birmingham City University has a requirement for the Supply of Temporary and Permanent Agency Staff and is conducting this procurement using the Restricted Procedure requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The aim of the framework is to provide a reliable and high standard quality of service delivery in placing agency workers within the University for temporary and permanent staff.
The staff will be working in corporate roles across the two sites, the University campuses and the City South Faculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences.
The services are divided into the following Lots:
Lot 1 Administration - Support roles throughout the University
Lot 2 IT - There are two sub Lots as the qualifications and experience will vary as follows:
Lot 2A IT Operational, Lot 2B Design & Development
Lot 3 Finance and Procurement - there are two sub Lots as the qualifications and experience for candidates will vary as follows:
Lot 3A - Qualified roles Finance and Procurement, Lot 3B - Part Qualified, transactional and support
Lot 4 HR - Roles include HR business partners and HR advisors.
Lot 5 Legal - Roles will include qualified legal staff solicitors and paralegals
Lot 6 Estates and Facilities - roles includes caretakers, cleaners and security workers
Lot 7 Executive Recruitment - All assignments will be competed to provide the most suitable candidate at an agreed cost within the required timeframe
