Description

Eastlands II is one of the older buildings in Basingstoke Town Centre being grade II listed and is an attractive Georgian building with a featured entrance point, sash windows and a pitched slate roof. Individual rooms are arranged over ground and first floors as offices and meeting rooms, with some ancillary space in the basement area.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake external decoration works.

The Scope of works include:
•Removal of existing gutters and replace with new
•Prepare and redecorate roof level timbers
•Brickwork cleaning and repointing to localised areas
•Repair and redecorate sash windows and frames
•Repair and redecorate timber doors and door frames
