Description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs).

The contract award is made to Wavenet Ltd. for the provision of Corporate VoIP Telephony Services across Mid and South Essex.

The contract term is 36 months (with the option to extend by a further 24 months), commencing 1st January 2023 and expiring on 31st December 2026, at a total aggregate Contract Value of £391,348,30 including extension.
