Description

The London Borough of Croydon are seeking to appoint high quality and resident focused Care Home and Residential Services providers for the services below via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We are looking to work with businesses/providers who offer the following services:
Lot 1 - Residential Care
Service Category 1 Residential Care Older People
Service Category 2 Residential Care Older People with Dementia
Service Category 3 Residential Care Learning Disabilities
Service Category 4 Residential Care Physical Disabilities or Sensory Impairment
Service Category 5 Residential Care Mental Health
Service Category 6 Residential Care for Autism

Lot 2 - Nursing Care
Service Category 1 Nursing Care Older People
Service Category 2 Nursing Care Specialist/Dementia
Service Category 3 Nursing Care for Continuing Health Care
Service Category 4 Nursing Care for Younger Adults
Service Category 5 Intermediate Care

Lot 3 - Respite Care

Lot 4 - Residential Substance Misuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Services

We anticipate that we will be carrying out a compliant OJEU tender from September 2020 to January 2020, with the new Dynamic Purchasing System approved service providers starting in February 2020. The DPS term will run for an initial period of five years with options at the sole discretion of the Council to extend for a further five periods of 12 months each with a total maximum term of 10 years. This procurement opportunity will be advertised on the London Tenders Portal and all enquiries should be directed through the Portal.
