Description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Airport Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the supply, installation and commissioning of 19 new streetlights at Cornwall Airport Newquay, under an NEC4 contract. Scope of Works: Supply, installation and commissioning of 19 new streetlights as detailed below: Electrical Supply and install 6mm 3 core SWA cable to each new streetlight position. Supply to be taken from the existing distribution pillar adjacent to St Mawgan House. 19no. supply and Install 5mtr rooted mounted streetlight columns. 19no. supply and Install fused cut-outs for columns. 1no. triangle access key. 8no. ASD HWD/J4LED1670C-FO Streetlight. 11no. ASD ENPC4Q/J4K8070C-SSO Streetlight. Civils Excavate for the provision of new electric ducting (approx. 130mtrs) and preformed plastic jointing/Inspection chambers. New ducting to have draw rope installed and marker tape above. Erect 7 new streetlight columns in excavations, erect 12 new streetlight columns in previously Installed sleeving. Supply and construct 5 new kerb islands around columns situated within carpark area. Supply and Install white line hatching in areas agreed. Rod, rope & test back to existing LV cabinet and provide draw rope as required. Backfill and reinstate excavations leaving site clean & tidy. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
