Description

Re-issue of advert for DH21066 due to technical issues with the tenderbox meaning documents could not be uploaded. This new advert provides a link to the new tenderbox.

Contract for the service, maintenance and, when required, installation of air conditioning systems in Derby Homes managed properties.

The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further 24 months, followed by a final 12 months
