Description
This framework is for the servicing and testing of approximately 3500 gas, oil and biomass heating appliances.
The works covered by this contract are intended to:
• Comply with the gas regulations
• Comply with manufacturer's instructions
• Provide planned and reactive maintenance to deliver a comfortable environment to building users with a minimum of down time.
This will be achieved by the successful contractor undertaking routine servicing that shall be reported to the Contract Administrator.
The appliances to be covered by this Contract are:
Gas, oil and biomass fuelled boilers
Gas and oil-fired water heaters
Gas fired space heaters
Gas fired radiant heaters
A small number of domestic appliances within domestic settings.
