Description

A pilot programme, developed with the British Muslim Heritage Centre will test methods to tackle health inequalities in the local Muslim population. The project will include creation of an oversight group which will lead developments in training, communications and networking within the community to share knowledge around health inequalities and prevention methods (such as diet and exercise) in order to reduce the number of people living with long term conditions.
