Description

The London Borough of Hounslow requires the appointed contractor to procure, commission and handover a new rugby club facilities. This includes the construction of a new club house, 2nr natural rugby pitches, 1nr artificial rugby pitch, 3nr netball courts, car parking facilities and out buildings.
The new club house comprises approximately 1400m2 (GIFA) and associated external works (BREEAM Excellent).
The Council requires the Contractors to be Level 2 BIM Compliant.
