Description

Cornwall Council, the lead partner of the Cornwall Music Education Hub (CMEH), is seeking expressions of interest to deliver the following work on its behalf:

- to plan and deliver projects to support music education in secondary schools and FE colleges in Cornwall in order to increase school engagement and improve the quality of music education in targeted secondary schools and FE colleges.

Functions
• Planning and delivery of Music GCSE Concert(s)
• Planning and delivery of projects to support Music at GCSE, BTEC and A Level
• Planning and delivery of composition projects for targeted secondary schools
• Planning and delivery of transition projects for targeted secondary schools
• To undertake other Hub projects as directed by the Hub Manager
• To provide input into planning and delivery of annual CMEH conference
• To attend secondary network or sharing meetings (one per term)
• Provide termly written report for CMEH Manager with action points
• Feed back directly to CMEH meetings where requested by CMEH Manager
• To evaluate and capture feedback for all projects in order to shape and inform
• To work with partners on specific projects as identified by the CMEH Manager, including Vocal Outreach leads and Primary School Project Leads
• To act as an ambassador and champion for the CMEH in all activity
• Ensure that all project activity is clearly attributed to the CMEH and use CMEH logo on all correspondence with schools/parents/venues involved and use other CMEH promotional resources ie banners at events
• To review and update School Engagement Tracker on an ongoing basis (minimum of half termly)
