NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 May 2020 for the following reason: Deadline extended by 1 week - 05/06/2020(The Trust currently has a requirement for Refurbishment Works at Chaucer Centre, 13 Ann Moss Way, Rotherhithe, SE16 2TH to provide additional work space. The works include but are not limited to:
•Refurbishment of cellular offices to provide flexible hot desk spaces; provision of new benching, power and data points, upgraded lighting, new radiators, new vinyl flooring and new blinds.
•New vinyl flooring to all areas
•Overhaul of fire doors generally
•Overhaul of toilet facilities (new sanitary ware and finishes)
•Fire Alarm remedial works)
