The Department for International Development (DFID) Rwanda is seeking a service provider to establish, manage and deliver the Capacity and Policy Development Facility (CPDF). The CPDF will support strengthening of the Government of Rwanda's capacity and systems development in key areas, to catalyse progress towards achieving national Social Protection Strategy Programme (SPSPR) objectives. The CPDF will complement DFID's non-budget support financial aid to Vision 2020 Umurenge Programme (Rwanda's flagship social protection programme) under the SPSPR. The facility is expected to operate from January 2015 - January 2017. Indicative value of the CPDF is £2.2m.
