Description

To procure a new Highways Asset Management System for SBC's Highways, Street Lighting, Grounds, Pavement Management, Street works, Bridges & Structure, Drainage and Public Rights of Way teams and potentially there is scope to use this system for other services in the future.

The initial contract term will be for 36 months with option to extend for a further 48 months (four periods of 12 months) subject to budget availability and contract performance as stated in the ITT documents.

Estimated contract spend is between £160,000 and £474,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £474,000 and £742,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.

The current contract expires end of 31st March 2018 and work is underway to extend the contract to 30th March 2019.

Contract Period
The contract will be initially for a period of 36 months commencing 22nd August 2018 with the option to extend for a further 48 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability.
