Description

Lot 1 - Electrical Rewire to Communal Areas

Full electrical re-wire including emergency lighting installation to communal areas across Forty-Eight blocks of low rise flat in Norris Green, Fazakerley & Croxteth areas of Liverpool. In addition there are five blocks (Serinhall Drive ) that require Lighting fittings only to be upgrade.

Lot 2 - Internal Painting Communal Areas

Communal redecoration to Fifty-Four low rise block of flats situated in North Liverpool across three areas; Norris Green, Fazakerley & Croxteth areas of Liverpool.

The services required are to be provided between the hours of 8am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.

Lot 3 - Combination of Lots 1 and 2.
