Description

BFRA wishes to establish a framework of four (4) suitably qualified construction companies who will be given the opportunity to bid for construction projects with a minor design element for the four year period 1 March 2017 to 28 February 2021.
It is BFRA's estimate that the value of the expenditure through the Framework over four years will be in the region £250,000 but Tenderers should note that BFRA make no guarantee of the value of business awarded.
The framework will be established using the House Upgrade 126 Brooklands Drive project detailed in the Specification, Works and Cost Schedule. Tenderers will be required to provide a bid which will be evaluated in line with the details in the MEAT document contained in the tender pack.
