Description

GLA - 27223 Migrant Londoners Hub

Tender Documents available at:
https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=5874aaa1-980e-ec11-810e-005056b64545

The aim of the Migrant Londoners Hub is to provide comprehensive information, guidance and accessible resources for as many migrant Londoners as possible to secure their rights and entitlements and thrive in London. Key audiences include new arrivals, European Londoners, young people with insecure status, refugees and people seeking asylum, undocumented people, people struggling due to the no recourse to public funds condition, Hong Kong BN(O)s, as well as organisations/individuals supporting vulnerable migrants who would face barriers to accessing a digital resource.

The project will consist of four strands:
• Initial review of existing pages aimed at migrants and people with immigration issues currently hosted on London.gov with a view to identify gaps in guidance or inaccuracies;
• Develop a site map setting out the structure of the Migrant Londoners Hub, including suggestions for updating or removing information and necessary review points to maintain accuracy;
• Provide updated guidance and develop new content on issues relevant to migrant Londoners' needs on a regular basis, as well as on an ad-hoc basis as government policy and legislation change;
• Liaise and ensure join-up with other partners commissioned by the GLA to deliver the Migrant Londoners Hub, such as a translation agency, a user testing agency and the organisation tasked with mapping out advice and support services within London, as well as relevant internal GLA teams such as the Communities and Social Policy Unit and the Digital team.
