Description

The purpose of this contract is to commission expert advice and recommendations on the standard-setting methodology and approach that the Department should consider adopting to set the pass marks for the National Assessment and Accreditation System (NAAS) for child and family social workers.

The Department's aim is to use a standard-setting process that is rigorous and meets recognised international best practice standards. This contract is designed to achieve this by securing high-quality expert advice and recommendations on the way forward through a collaborative partnership between the Department and Contractor. The contract also includes provision for additional, periodic, psychometric consultancy support and advice in relation to other technical matters arising in relation to the NAAS and its assessment processes.
