Description

We are commissioning the creation of a Theory of Change and Evaluation Plan for a FinTech partner, aimed at supporting an ongoing process of evaluating the effectiveness of their Apps and their impact on users' financial capability.

In developing the Theory of Change and Evaluation Plan, we expect the supplier to draw on guidance from MAS's Evaluation Toolkit, paying particular attention to our overview documents: Develop a Theory of Change and Create an Evaluation Plan to ensure consistency between approaches. Suppliers should also draw on existing good practice, widely available on the internet, for developing these materials.
