Description

This contract is for the 2 different areas identified for shed door renewal and associated works to bring up to standard.

Charles Eaton Road there will be external works to the outbuilding which are the shed storages to the flats. To bring these up to a standard there will be various types of works which could include the below.
•New shed roof to block 32-42 & 49-59 as they currently have asbestos corrugated sheeting.
•New shed doors to all blocks.
•New lintols and brick repairs where required as specified below in the block schedules.
•New soffits, Fascias with all downpipes and gutters specified below.
•Unblocking of gullies and minor drainage works where required which is specified below.
Cadman Close there will be the renewal of the internal wooden doors to the storage areas as they are in a state of disrepair. Externally we will look to either repair the currently UPVC window casements or block up completely.
•Renewal of shed doors to the inner communal areas
•Possible removal and blocking up of the external windows as they are damaged or in a poor state.
