Description
LiveWest currently provide staff access to facilities to print/scan at its three main offices in Exeter, Tolvaddon and Weston- super-Mare along with 92 smaller satellite offices throughout the south west.
LiveWest are looking for a partner to supply and maintain printers to the main sites and to provide support and maintenance to printers located in satellite offices.
3.2 Contract Duration
The preferred contract duration will be 3 years with two optional 1 year extensions, with a rolling annual auto-renewal thereafter. If suppliers consider their offer to be better with either a longer or shorter term, then LiveWest will be pleased to receive this as an alternative offer.
LiveWest may also run tenders at the end of an agreed fixed term to ensure LiveWest maintain compliance obligations and achieve value for money.
3.3 Forecasting
All information pertaining to volumes included in this tender document and any attachments is indicative only and subject to change going forward.
LiveWest will require a moves-adds-changes (MAC) facility to support any future business change and suppliers must advise LiveWest of how this will operate.
Over the contract term it is foreseeable that LiveWest's requirements may change, therefore:
• Suppliers must indicate known charges for MAC's.
• Suppliers must indicate any cancellation terms
• Suppliers must indicate any cost of relocating or returning leased devices to lessor/supplier
