Description

Lancashire County Council is in the process of undertaking an exercise to commission the Public Health 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (0-19 HCP) across Lancashire.

As a valued stakeholder, prior to the commencement of any potential procurement exercise, we wish to invite up to a maximum of three representatives from your organisation to our Procurement Guidance and Networking Event.

The Procurement Guidance and Networking event is designed to advise potential bidders of the procurement process and will mainly feature: a technical guide on how to register your organisation on our iSupplier e-tendering system; how to access tender documents; how to access technical support during the tender; communication methods during the tender; how to create a quote using the iSupplier system and finally there will be an opportunity for stakeholders to network, creating the opportunity for collaborative working if desired.

Please note: As a separate market consultation exercise has already been undertaken, the commissioning aspects of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme will not be discussed at this event; and there will not be any commissioning based representation from Lancashire County Council.

Please kindly confirm attendance (up to a maximum of three attendees per organisation) including name(s), organisation, contact email and any accessibility requirements by 12 noon, Thursday 20th July 2017 to: caphprocurement@lancashire.gov.uk
