Winchester City Council invites applications from suitably experienced consultancies which can provide the necessary expertise and resources to support the Council's project team in an EU compliant tender process and contract mobilisation.

The Winchester City Council Domestic Waste Collection Consultancy Contract will commence on 15 October 2018 and will be for a period of 2 months.
