Description

The Council are seeking to procure a tried and tested case management system that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of outcomes for children through improved data gathering and sharing, effective Case Management, data analysis and evaluation that requires minimum customisation by the Council.
The system must be web-based and either hosted internally by the Council or a cloud solution. The Council has no preference wether it is hosted internally or a cloud solution
