Description

PCH are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for electronic payment collections. The services within this tender are split as follows: Lot 1: All Payment services (Lots 2 - 4) Lot 2: Card Payment services Lot 3: Direct Debit collections Lot 4: Location Payment Services The tenderer may bid for any lot or can submit a combination bid covering more than one (or all) lots. If bidding for Lot 1, you must provide an individual bid for Lot 2 and 3 too. PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the invitation to tender document. The intended duration of the contract is 2 years with possible extensions for an additional 6 years. PCH intends to award the contract on 9.5.2019 and reserves the right to award the contract at such date or at a later date, or not at all. The contract will be a 2 + 2 + 2 + 2. The contract commencement date will be 1.11.2019
