Description
Northumbria University require a new GRIM system to replace our two older models as they are both extremely slow to process and are unable to be used to contribute to research since they do not meet forensic science standards/guidelines. A newer system with integrated statistical software would enable quicker processing of data within the lab, assisting with our high student numbers at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It would also provide us with an opportunity to be able to undertake studies on trace glass fragments and contribute internationally to world leading research within this field
