Description

Highways England Roadside Facilities team in the Customer Experience Group, Safety Engineering and Standards is looking to procure technical services to carry out 4 scoping studies to better understand the volume, planning status and fit for purpose levels of signed and non-signed facilities at four locations on all purpose trunk roads located within Highways England.
To deliver the ambition outlined in the 'Customer Service Strategic Plan' this project will allow us to understand the value that customers place on roadside facilities and how the journey quality they provide can complement safety.
