IMPORTANT UPDATE 2018.01.17:

Blackstone Riverside Park (BRP) has areas where Himalayan Balsam, an invasive weed is evident. This will affect the ability of cut and collect material as part of work type E (Cut and Collect, Remove arisings) to be disposed of in a cost effective way.

For this reason, for Blackstone Riverside Park (BRP) work type E is to be replaced with work type C (rough cut x 2 per annum) at Blackstone Riverside Park i.e. 13,370 m2 for Type C. Cuts are to be done in late June/ early July and early October

To reflect these changes please find a Revised Pricing Schedule (entitled Pricing Schedule Final - Revised 2018.01.17) which you will need to complete and upload as part of your tender submission. The tab called BRP is the only one that has been revised. There is also an updated Schedule entitled Schedule of Work North 2018 - Revised 2018.01.18.
