Description

LHL wishes to commission a Contractor to deliver comprehensive Lifts Installation, Repairs, Service and Maintenance Services for its residents.

The services required are vital to support LHL statutory responsibility and strategic corporate objectives. The contract will consist of a comprehensive Repairs, Service and Maintenance for both passengers and mobility lifts in all of LHL property portfolio. The successful contractor must also be able to deliver capital work for the installation of lifts.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 July 2022 for an initial contract duration of five (5) years, with an option to extend for up to five (5) more years. Further information can be found within the tender set.
