Description

The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking to appoint a creative partner to work with the Outreach team. Working with, and developing, existing identity guidelines, you will work on and offline across a wide variety of audiences. You will have experience of developing campaigns for the youth market and their influencers (including parents / guardians and teachers). The creative partner(s) will work as a strategic lead across all channels and audiences.

There are two lots to this tender; a supplier can bid for one or both lots. A single supplier may win both lots or 2 suppliers may each win one of the lots. It is expected that if different suppliers are awarded each lot that both will work together alongside the UEA project team to ensure efficiencies and collaboration.

Lot 1 covers development of a platform that enables Outreach interventions to happen repeatedly, outside of core events, i.e. Interventions not necessarily ran by a member of the Outreach team; platform interventions could be led by a teacher or a student directly, at any time they require. Messaging of repeat interventions needs to be progressive, and such the platform developed needs to have age-appropriate messaging for a variety of audiences.

Contract Period: April 2019 - March 2022, with optional 2-year extension

Lot 2 covers on-going marketing project support, including central and project specific support. Central activities include strategic position, both to internal and external audiences as well top-level awareness and promotion. Project specific actives include, but are not limited to, the development of naming, sub-identities, promotional materials and project resources (I.e. workbooks, handouts, animations and presentations). Please note that this Lot relates specifically to the needs of the UEA Outreach team, and not the wider Strategic marketing activity of the university.

Contract Period: April 2019 - March 2022, with optional 2-year extension

There are 2 stages to this tender:
Stage 1 - SQ - Submission deadline 11/02/2019 12:00 Noon

The University will invite the 5 highest scoring suppliers in each lot to take part in Stage 2.

Stage 2 - ITT - Submission Deadline 15/04/2019 12:00 Noon
