Description

To provide all legal advice and legal services for and on behalf of Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as set out in our fee proposal dated 1 July 2020 a copy of which is attached to this SLA. The fee proposal attached with this SLA shall be considered to be a capped fee and inclusive of all disbursements, but excluding VAT.

The Supplier shall maintain regular contact with the Authority (and specifically the BtLW Programme Director) to provide up-dates on progress to complete the required Services.
