GCloud framework award to Civica Involve of a stakeholder engagement system, which is used by hundreds of customers to manage and communicate with their members, local communities and other stakeholders. The CRM Member/Stakeholder Engagement Platform is designed specifically for the health sector.

The contract is for a 12-month term with potential to extend up to 12 months for up to 2 times, subject to funding. The total value of the contract (12 months) is £25,000 excluding VAT.
