Description

A mobile forms solution that can be customised for Adult Health and are and integrated with Swift / AIS. The solution will be flexible in that it will be able to accommodate changes to forms, additional forms, and also potentially meet the emerging requirements of other departments (such as Children's' Services). The solution will support an evolutionary approach; that is it will allow for other components to potentially be added at a later date, e.g. documents through SharePoint or Dynamic Resource Scheduling (DRS).
