Description
The purpose of this Notice is:
(a) to give potential tenderers advance notice that the (FCA) are currently evaluating its options prior to undertaking a tendering exercise for a Commercial off the Shelf E-discovery Software package, and
(b) to advise potential suppliers of an upcoming Supplier Event which will be held on 16.12.2016 in London at 10:00-16:30. Suppliers attending the event will be given opportunities to meet with the FCA on a 1-1 basis during January, or February 2017.
Further details will be provided at the supplier event.
The Enforcement and Markets Oversight division within the FCA has approximately 400 employees, not including contractors, who use the Evidence Management System (EMS) software, which currently stores around 120 million documents. Digital evidence review and analysis are core capabilities required to support regulatory, civil and criminal case work. The quality of these capabilities has a direct impact on the FCA's ability to undertake effective and efficient enforcement action and to assist the FCA with effective credible deterrence.
The requirement is for a COTS package with the ability to deliver the following outcomes:
- effective evidence management and production of reviewed material,
- appropriate management of sensitive/protected information.
The system must be able to provide the below key strategic functionalities:
- industry standard productions,
- a robust and scalable system.
We are looking for a supplier that can deliver a partnership approach.

Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page. You can now access the supplier registration questionnaire and the non-disclosure agreement.
3 Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details'. You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete registration - You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button.
