Description

Doncaster CCG is wishing to appoint contracts to a number of Nursing Homes in the Doncaster area to provide a service facilitating transfer from an acute care bed to a complex assessment bed. The maximum beds to be commissioned will be 29 and consideration will be given to the geographical location when appointing providers.

The service will be evaluated against 2 Lots:
Lot 1 - Nursing Beds
Lot 2 - EMI Beds
