Description
The Estates Department at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust employs a small number of trades people over both sites to maintain the above mentioned buildings. The Estates Capital Projects section deals with larger, generally new work issues, but may wish to make use of the minor building works contract. Typical of the works the Trust would wish to undertake are:
• Alterations
• Amendments
• Improvements
In addition to the categories mentioned already, maintenance and custom joinery issues will be a requirement and experience will be required in the following areas:
• Brickwork
• Joinery
• Plastering / dry lining
• Excavation and ground works
• Decorating
• Glazing
• Roofing
• Concreting
• Drainage works
• Engineering / fabrication
• Plumbing
