Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system within the sheltered housing scheme as part of a fourth phase of upgrades:

Sibley Court - is located at 54a New Road, Hillingdon UB8 3DY. The block comprises of 29 client flats, office, laundry room and wardens accommodation spread across two floors.

The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from Control Panels with local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block

Length of contract - The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 4-5 weeks on site.
