Description

The Council is utilising the NEPRO3 Professional Services Framework to award a contract to Bloom Procurement Services.

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified Specialist Professional Service Provider (SPS Provider) to support the delivery of a series of projects which will be commissioned to meet transition needs and aligned to the phasing of the strategic roadmap once in place.

The Council has agreed to establish a baseline programme budget of £1.5 million to deliver the strategic outcomes needed. The Council reserves the right to spend up to the baseline programme budget and will only pay for agreed work packages through a signed order form.
